Septic Tank Treatments
Septic Tanks are commonly used when buildings are located off the main sewage lines. Maintained correctly and with the right amount of oxygen present, Septic Tanks can basically run themselves. Bacteria in the tank digest the raw sewage and keep the system running. However, the natural state of bacteria in a Septic Tank often produces Hydrogen Sulphide as a by product and is slower than when there is oxygen present and the bacteria can act aerobically. Many problems with Septic Tanks occur when there are not enough bacteria in the tank due to the use of cleaning products, washing power, detergents etc. Hydra has developed a range of biological products that introduce oxygen, boost bacteria, reduce malodours and maintain optimum conditions in your tank.
